If I could give 10 stars to this print shop I would. Charles came through for me in such an unexpected and generous way that I plan to make it my mission to send as much business their way as I can. It was a Christmas miracle (only on Thanksgiving!) and so appreciated. It honestly restored my faith in humanity. And the quality of the printed materials was 10/10. I can't thank them enough!

Our office has worked with Minuteman Press for years. They have always been very fast to get our orders taken care of, the quality of product is fantastic and the communication cannot be beat. Recently I had sent them a project and by no fault of their own, there was an error with the final product. I was working with Charles and he made sure that the file we sent over worked for reprinting and the project was redone quickly and at no additional charge which was unexpected but very appreciated. We find ourselves very fortunate to have such a professional vendor to work with for our printing needs.

I had a unique (die-cut) business card I need printed. Not a lot of shops can produce these types of cards. Charles with Minutemen Press was able to get it done in a timely, professional manner. He also saved me money on how he printed them (which took more time on his end) and still beat his stated turn-time! I'm always thankful when I do business with an efficient, friendly outfit as it seems more and more uncommon these days. Minutemen Press of Gresham fits the bill! I had Minuteman of Gresham print some programs for my mother's funeral. I sent them the info on a Sunday (they aren't even open that day) and Monday they emailed me a proof of what they came up with and by Tuesday I was able to pick them up. They are very professional and the programs were beautiful. I would definitely recommend them!

I found Charles and his crew from and email or flyer they sent out within the last year, I have slowly moved all of my companies printing needs to them, I am still shocked as to what they are capable of doing, we have nothing but good to say about them. ABSOLUTE amazing customer service. Very quick with orders, very responsive to customers, much cheaper than FedEx/Kinkos.I had messed up for my best friends wedding ( I am the maid of honor, I can not mess up) I accidentally ordered two of the same sign, when i meant to order two different signs. It was two days before the wedding when I realized, and I was a nervous wreck. I called and explained to Charles there what had accrued. He was beyond nice and veryunderstanding. He stated while he could not guarantee it would be finished the day before the wedding he would guarantee that it would be ready the day of by noon. And not only did he come through with his promise he emailed me right away and waived the fee as well. Thank you Charles, I will definitely be referring this company to all my friends and family, I will never go through another printing company again! Especially in times like this(COVID19) I am so grateful for nice people, and great customer service. This is why I support small businesses!

Exceptional customer service without even using their services (yet!). I called the Gresham store asking about a personal image I wanted put on canvas. The gal who answered gave me the option to upload over the website but since I’m not computer literate she explained that I could also just email the image WHICH SAVED ME TIME I DIDN’T HAVE to come in. I had a response within the hour without having to call back and check if my email was received. I wasn’t sure my image would work for what I wanted, and Charles actually took the time over email to explain that what I wanted was not the best option for what I gave them to work with, WHICH SAVED ME MONEY I MAY HAVE OTHERWISE LOST! He further explained what would work and how to get the best from my image. Thank you Gresham Minuteman Press for making me feel like a valued customer before I’ve even stepped foot in the door!

I have used this location of Minuteman Press for over 10 years for significant volumes of printing including training manuals, business cards, Christmas cards, promotional materials, etc. They always do an excellent job, are friendly, easy to work with, and go out of their way to take care of rush projects. Great customer service. I highly recommend them.

I ordered booklets last minute for my 10 year high school reunion. I was quoted 100-300 for just copying the double sided pages I had. Nothing else. No stapling, no folding them, nothing. Literally just the pages. I am so glad I found them because they did everything! And way cheaper then the other half a**ed places. The booklets look amazing!!! Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants excellent quality at a decent price!!!

Amazing customer service! Ordered a last minute "classroom yearbook" for my daughter's class. Turn around was 24 hours, and all the little personal extras that they added to the design were incredible. Minuteman really know what they are doing and were a pleasure to work with. I look forward to the next project I get myself into.
